This is a gorgeous and very luminous apartment located in one of the main corners of the city: Coronel Díaz and Santa Fe Avenues. It is a meeting point in Buenos Aires. The area is plenty of nice coffee shops, restaurants, bars, shopping, Alto Palermo Mall is just crossing the street. It's walking distance to cinemas, theatres, museums, parks, art galleries. A subway station is few steps of it.

The building is in Art Deco style and it was prized by the City Governement as an historical building.

The apartment's owner is a professional decorator, so every detail is a charming element of decoration.
