This beautiful condo is on the top floor of a secure 7 story building in Buenos Aires’ prestigious Recoleta neighborhood. It is spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings, beautiful moldings and parquet floors. There are 2 large bedrooms with one and a half bathrooms, plus a small service area. The furnishings are all brand new, with a style that is warmer than the usual stark modern beige.

When you enter the condo you'll see a long hallway which leads to the living spaces. The hallway is lined with dramatic black and white photos. The half bath is off the hallway just past the entry area, and features marble tile and a furniture-style vanity. At the end of the hallway is a separate dining area with a large table and six chairs. There is also a tall buffet placed between two small arched windows - perfect for entertaining.

The main living area is just past the dining room, and has a comfortable chenille sofa, 2 leather chairs (modern versions of wingback chairs), a rolling entertainment center with a flat screen TV and DVD player, and wireless internet. A large picture window looks out over Libertad, which offers lots of natural light. In addition, there is plenty of additional lighting for comfortable reading. (You'll even find a comfy blanket for snuggling in the entertainment center.) Attached to the main living space is a small study area with built in bookshelves and a desk. Local phone service is provided.

A small hallway attaches the living spaces to the kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

The kitchen is large, with lots of cabinets and granite countertops. A wall of frosted glass windows provides lots of natural light and ventilation with complete privacy. You'll find a full sized refrigerator/freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. All kitchen essentials are there - pots and pans, baking dishes, serving pieces, etc. There are dishes, glasses and flatware for eight, including wine glasses and coffee mugs. There is a utility sink in one corner of the kitchen, and a utility closet houses an ironing board & iron, mops, brooms, etc. The kitchen leads to a service area with a small room and bathroom.

The bathroom is good sized, and has a furniture-style vanity, a toilet and bidet, and a tub with a standing shower. There is a large mirror and a power outlet for the hair dryer. Additional storage is available on a series of upper shelves.

Each of the two large private bedrooms have ebony wood furniture, a queen sized bed, two closets and a window. One bedroom has a separate air conditioning unit, and the other has a ceiling fan.
