The sofa and chairs were designed by the vanguardist designer Frances Stark, solid wood table of cherry tree for 8 guests.

Double height all glass windows with great views to the city and the river, amazing 60mts2/640 sq.ft. terrace with deck. (Perhaps the unique one in Buenos Aires).

The american kitchen overlaid with "estatuario" marble exclusively brought from Italy for this project, has an eclectic style, equipped with a great gastronomic kitchen, dishwasher, 26' LCD TV, breakfast high table and chairs from the well known designer Frances Stark.

In the same level it is the access to the terrace with an unimaginable private barbecue to be able to accomodate 12 guests, with wooden tables and chairs, where they will be able to sit down, to relax and enjoy a good Argentine barbecue with friends or family.
